Anteseden Model Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan Universitas Jambi : Analisis Structural Equation Modelling

This study examines the direct effect of entrepreneurial orientation, knowledge management, innovation capacity, and strategy implementation on performance Jambi University teaching staff. research used a survey method with quantitative approach. The sample was 197 Education Staff at Jambi. instrument questionnaire analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). results this indicated that; (1) orientation management had significant positive impact increasing capacity. That is, higher by institutions, in case Jambi, better business competitiveness. (2) did not affect implementation. It means that indirectly has no role strategies context competitiveness BLU financial pattern. (3) improving meaning implementation, institutions supporting universities public service agency status (BLU).
